You can convert your HTML file into an OFT email via Outlook without using any programming language.
To set this up, start with opening Outlook and you will see a small arrow on your toolbar, click this and select Attach File.
Once you have done this a paperclip image will appear on your toolbar
– Open a new email
– Click the paperclip button
– Select your prefered HTML file
– Click on the Insert drop-down menu and select Insert As Text
– Save the file as OFT
