As normal a page will load to a specific location with no transition, with this cool snippet you can add an animation that loads a new page and smooth scrolls from the top, through to the section located in 0.001 seconds.
Similar to a preloader/loading animations on page start.
You can add anchors to a page when JS isn’t present.
Below is the code you need for the scroll feature, I have modified it to respond with any browser.
